HOW TO ENTER:
From November 1,2007 through April 26th 2008 ,(Or until all tickets are sold) make a ten dollar ($10.00 US) donation to help CUD Foundation, Helping our precious children with medical needs. For each ten dollar donation, you will receive one (1) entry into a random drawing to receive one (1) Grand Prize or one of the other prizes we are offering.
DONATIONS MUST BE MADE USING ONE OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS
OF PAYMENT TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN:
1-Submit your donation and required contact information to an authorized representative of this special fundraising event. (You will receive a ticket stub that is not required to win.)
2-Submit your donation by VISA or MasterCard or Credit Card excepted by Pay Pal with the required contact information online at. www.cudf.org, put bike raffle in memo. (You will receive a confirmation letter to print from your computer and we will also e-mail you with a copy of the ticket that will be entered into the physical drawing on your behalf.
3- Submit your donation by Check. Made payable to CUD Foundation, 610 Ned Marsh Rd., Salisbury NC 28146. Along with your contact information Name, phone & e-mail and we will e-mail you a copy of the ticket that will be entered into the physical drawing on your behalf. Or you may request a ticket stub that is not required to win, be sent to you by US Mail. By providing a self addressed stamp enveloped along with check. One ticket for each ten dollar donation will be entered into the physical drawing on your behalf.)
WINNER SELECTION:
Not later than April 27th, 2008 or until all tickets are sold, all of the entries will be placed into one container and one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random. Winners do not need to be present to win. The winners will be announced, and if not present, will be notified by email or telephone using the required contact information and will be posted on CUD Foundation web site. If the winner does not reply, a second notice will be sent by registered US mail. Sponsors are not responsible if contact information changes. Prize must be claimed within 14 calendar days of notification. Winner must present two forms of valid ID, one of which must be a government-issued, picture ID (i.e. Driver's License, Passport, etc.) Selection of the Grand Prize is under the supervision CUD Foundation and Tamarac Marina, whose decisions are final. Spectators will be able to watch the Drawing at the Rally at the River or other Designated location. Watch Darrell CUD Foundation’s web site for updated information.

GENERAL: Contest open to all residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older as of November April 26th 2008 . Chair members of CUD Foundation & Employees of Tamarac Marina and the immediate family members living in the same household of each are not eligible. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Contest offer void wherever prohibited by law. All title, tags, taxes, and transportation costs associated with acceptance of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility. In the event prize is discontinued or otherwise unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be delivered. Prize cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded in accordance with these rules. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entrants. By acceptance of prize, winner consents to use of his/her name, photograph or other likeness for purposes of advertising and trade on behalf of CUD Foundation and Tamarac Marina without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of CUD Foundation. CUD Foundation, Tamarac Marina, their affiliates, subsidiaries, franchises, contractors and agents are not responsible for errors in the presentation of the Contest. Winner agrees that CUD Foundation, Tamarac Marina, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or use of his/her prize.
